Procurement that begins at each address
Access availability varies by building. Ask how a provider qualifies service, compares access options and documents installation dependencies and lead times.
A transparent commercial model
Understand which contracts, invoices and renewal dates are consolidated. Confirm pass-through charges, early termination terms, taxes and any services that remain outside the consolidated arrangement.
Clear operational accountability
Identify the first point of contact, who opens carrier tickets and how escalations progress. Confirm monitoring scope, support hours and where responsibility sits between the aggregator, carrier and your IT team.
A plan for change
Your network will change as locations open, close or move. Ask how inventory updates, capacity changes, acquisitions and renewal decisions are handled. A useful aggregator simplifies the lifecycle, not just the initial order.
